Change the language preference in my user account

 Korean is Learningx' language default, but you can choose to view the Learningx interface in another language.

Notes:

• You have the option to change the language preference for your courses. If one of your courses is set to a different language (most often for a foreign language course), the course language will override the language in your user settings.

• If you change your language or locale preferences, the Calendar week start date may also change. Certain languages or locales change the Calendar week start date to Monday.

Open User Settings

In Global Navigation, click the Account link [1], then click the Settings link [2].

Edit Settings

Open

Click the Edit Settings button.

Select Language

In the Language drop-down menu, choose your preferred language.

Update Settings

Click the Update Settings button.

View Preferred Language

View Learningx in your preferred language.

Change the language preference for a course

You can change the language settings for your course to override user and account settings. This feature should probably only be used for foreign language courses.

Open Settings

In Course Navigation, click the Settings link.

Open Course Details

Click the Course Details tab.

Select Language

In the Language drop-down menu, select the new default language.

Update Course Details

Click the Update Course Details button.

View Course in New Default Language

View your course in the updated language preference.
