Lecture Resources


Using the Lecture Resources menu, you can post various multimedia materials or documents / social media to help you learn the lecture.

The materials posted in the Lecture Resources can check whether students are reading and manage the materials in connection with Commons, so that the materials already registered in the Commons personal MySpace can be easily added to the Lecture Resources or register new materials. Is registered as Commons and can be used later when posting other assignments or course materials.

(Files registered as separate attachments are not registered with Commons, but are registered as file storage within the LMS course.)


Add to course materials

Course materials can be added by importing from Commons, videos, PDFs, files, social media, or web links.

Import from Commons

Choose a post you've already registered with in Commons and post it as a course.

Select the Import from Commons icon and click the Select button for the item you want to post.

The title first displays the file name as the default title, which you can change.

Upload and publish a video file

Upload a video file to post as a course.

Select the Video icon, select the file you want to upload, enter a title or description and Save while uploading.

The title first displays the file name as the default title, which you can change.

PDF registration

Upload PDF files for viewing in the form of document viewers and publish them for download in PDF format.

Select the PDF icon, select the file you'd like to upload, enter a title or description and Save while uploading.

File registration

Upload files such as documents or images and post them as lecture materials to be provided as file downloads.

After selecting the File icon, select the file you want to upload, enter the title or content while uploading, and Save.

Social Media / Web Link

Post social media or web links as lecture materials.

Select the Social Media / Web Link icon, add the link address you'd like to post, enter a title or description and Save while uploading.

View Student Usage Statistics

You can check the statistics that students read / use about the lecture materials.

This can be found by clicking on the Statistics button in the course list, or by clicking on the Statistics tab at the top of the course view screen.



Statistics on lecture materials are divided into complete and incomplete by checking the records downloaded or watched. 

You can see your overall learning rate, detailed completion by student, and study date and time.

[1] You can see graphs and figures showing the percentages of completed and incomplete learning among all students.
[2] You can check the information of completed students and the completion date of each student.
[3] You can see the list of students who have not completed learning.
[4] The statistics can be downloaded as an Excel file.

Edit / Delete Lecture Resource

Edit your Lecture Resource

You can change the title and content of the materials posted in the Lecture Resources.

Click the menu icon in the class library list and click the Edit button, or click the post to enter the page and select the Edit button at the top.

 You can edit "Title / Content / Attachments" etc.

If you need to replace a video, file, or material loaded from Commons, such as a post, delete the post and register again.

 If the check box is notified to the user that the contents have been changed, all learners who take the course together will be notified. 

 If you uncheck and save the notification to the user that the contents have been changed, the notification message will not be delivered separately. 

 

Delete Lecture Resource

If you want to delete the course materials, you can delete them by clicking the menu icon in the class library list and clicking the 'Delete' button.

Or you can delete it by entering the page and clicking the trash can button.

If you delete a post in the classroom, the file you registered is still in Commons and the file repository, so you can post it again without uploading it.
